We are seeking an experienced Grant Writer & Fundraising Specialist to help secure funding and expand our financial resources to support our mission in the US and overseas.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned grant writer and professional fundraiser with a proven track record of securing grants and leading successful fundraising campaigns. This individual will play a key role in developing grant proposals, cultivating donor relationships, and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.

  • Write, edit, and submit compelling grant proposals and reports.

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies, including donor outreach, sponsorships, and fundraising events.

  • Maintain a grant and donor database, tracking deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements.

  • Build relationships with funders, donors, and community partners to enhance financial support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align funding strategies with organizational goals.

  • Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising for nonprofits.

  • Strong understanding of funding sources, including private foundations, corporations, and government grants.

  • Excellent research, writing, and storytelling skills.

  • Experience with donor management software and fundraising tools.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
